The Pilot Program

Prove it on one department in 60 to 90 days. What we do, what you do, and how it ends — including how it ends if it does not work.

2 pages · about 2 min · for a district that wants evidence before a district-wide decision

When one paraprofessional opening means four phone calls, three follow-ups and no clear answer on who is cleared to start, the problem is not your agencies — it is that nobody manages them as one. The pilot proves the alternative on one department, with every agency you use today still working.

What your district does

  1. Picks the scope — one department or role category with openings expected in the window — and names one point of contact.
  2. Names its current agencies for that scope and its requirements for a compliant start, and gives us a green light to contact them.
  3. Approves or declines every candidate and every start, exactly as it does now.

What our team does

  1. Onboards your current agencies for the pilot scope: the outreach, the setup and the follow-up.
  2. Releases each opening to every approved agency at the same recorded instant, then chases submissions.
  3. Reviews the documents you require and records the outcome: no start date can be set while any required document is missing or still awaiting review.
  4. Runs timesheets, approvals and status in one place, so fill status is visible without a phone call.

How it runs, and how it ends

  • Day 0: scope agreed, one contact named.
  • Week one: baseline set from your recent openings.
  • Days 60–90: written before-and-after report, from your data.
  • Close: a decision, not a renewal — continue, expand or stop. Nothing to unwind either way.

What the report compares

Measure Before the pilot What the pilot records
Time to first qualified submission Your estimate from recent openings Release to the first candidate who meets your requirements
Time to cleared start Your estimate Release to the first day worked, every document approved
Admin touches Calls, emails and chases today The same count, per opening, under the pilot
Fill-status visibility Who you call to learn where an opening stands Whether your contact sees every opening's status without asking

Next step

Talk to the person who would run your program.

Fifteen minutes on your roles, your rate ceilings and the agencies you already use, with the program open. No slides, no obligation, and no cost to your district.

What we cover

  1. How your district manages its agencies today.
  2. Candidate review, document approval and billing, on a case like yours.
  3. Whether one department is the right place to start.

You leave with a clear next step. Nothing is signed on the call.

Ask for a time

A person replies the same business day, before 5pm ET, with two or three 15-minute slots that fit your calendar.

Only the first two are required. No mailing lists — we use this to arrange your walkthrough and for nothing else.
