Privacy policy

How Fullbench handles information on this website and in the program. Plain language, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. Last updated 25 August 2026.

1. Who this covers

This policy covers fullbench.co and the Fullbench program platform at app.fullbench.co. It applies to visitors to this site, to staff at participating school districts, to participating staffing agencies, and to the education professionals placed through the program.

2. We do not hold student data

Fullbench is an adult workforce program. We do not collect, receive, or store student names, student records, IEP content, grades, attendance, or any other information about students. There is no field in the platform for student information.

3. What we collect on this website

If you request a walkthrough, write to us through the contact form, or contact support, we collect what you type: your name, your organization, your work email, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to run the program. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not set advertising cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

4. What the platform holds

For district staff: name, work email, role, and the actions taken in the program. For agency staff: the same. For placed professionals: name, work contact details, the credential documents the district requires, assignment dates, hours worked, and pay and bill rates. Every action is recorded with the name of the person who took it and the time they took it.

5. Who sees what

Access is scoped in the software. A district sees its own program. An agency sees only its own people and only the openings released to it — never another agency's candidates, rates, or results. Suspending an agency blinds it to your district the same day.

6. Who we share it with

We share information with the parties who need it to run the program: the district for whom the work is performed, and the agency that supplies the worker. We also use service providers to host the platform, store documents, and deliver email. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train advertising models.

We disclose information if the law requires it, and we tell the affected district unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

7. How long we keep it

We keep program records for as long as the district participates, and afterwards for as long as tax, payroll, and employment law require. On written request we delete a district's data within 30 days of termination, excluding records we must retain by law.

8. Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within 30 days. Districts may export their full program record at any time. Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link in every message; leaving a marketing list does not affect program email you need to do your job.

9. Children

This website and the platform are for adults working in school staffing. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and held in United States regions. Our full security posture — including what we do not claim — is on our security page.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and for material changes affecting districts we notify the district's named contact before the change takes effect.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or a district data-privacy addendum to complete: privacy@fullbench.co, or write to us at the address on our contact page.
