Fullbench

About Fullbench

Built by people who staff schools.

Fullbench is a K-12 managed staffing program. It brings every staffing agency a district already uses, its credential workflows, and its billing into one coordinated service — run by a team that staffs schools for a living, so every rule in the program exists because someone here has lost a day to the problem it prevents.

Why it exists

The problem isn't the agencies. It's that nobody manages them as one.

Districts add agencies because they need coverage, and every agency added brings its own contact, its own credential paperwork, its own timesheets, and its own invoice. The supply problem gets a little better and the coordination problem gets permanently worse. Fullbench takes the coordination off the district. The choices stay with the district.

An empty, sunlit elementary classroom with desks in rows and a flag by the window.
The room the work is for. Every rule in the program exists because a seat in one of these went unfilled.

We run this work every day

The team behind Fullbench staffs schools for a living: special education, related services, paraprofessionals, nursing, substitutes. Run by a team that staffs schools every day.

We built the platform too

The platform underneath the program is ours, built for how K-12 hiring actually works. When a district needs a rule changed, the people who can change it are the people running your program.

We answer the phone

The walkthrough is run by the people who will run your program: candidate updates, missing documents, a questioned invoice line all go to one named contact. What lands on your staff is a decision, not a phone tree.

Who you will be working with

A named person, not a queue.

No ticket queue and no call centre. Your account has a named program contact who takes your requests, works your agencies and answers your business office on a questioned invoice line, and a named backup who works from the same record so a vacation or a sick day does not stop your week. You meet both in your first fortnight.

Robert Flom — Founder

Robert has spent his career in education staffing, on the agency side of exactly the problem this program solves. He built Fullbench after watching districts try to hold five agencies together with email, phone calls, and a spreadsheet, and after watching good agencies lose work because nobody could prove who saw an opening first.

He runs your first conversation himself. If you book a walkthrough, he is who you meet, and he stays close to your account through its first term — but the people you work with week to week are the contact and the coordinators who run it. What that covers, in detail →

Something wrong in the platform rather than in the program, such as a login, a timesheet that does not match the day, or an invoice line you do not recognize? Send it to support. A person reads every message and replies within one business day.

What we're trying to build

One number worth improving: the minutes of your staff's day it takes to get one cleared person in front of students. It sits alongside the numbers school leaders already track, because time lost to coordination is time a seat stays open and a service goes unmet.

Everything in the program is aimed at that number. Openings go to every approved agency at once, so nobody makes five phone calls. A start date waits for your office to approve the file, so nobody audits it by hand. Approved hours become one invoice, so the business office reconciles once.

Next step

Talk to the person who would run your program.

Fifteen minutes on your roles, your rate ceilings and the agencies you already use, with the program open. No slides, no obligation, and no cost to your district.

What we cover

  1. How your district manages its agencies today.
  2. Candidate review, document approval and billing, on a case like yours.
  3. Whether one department is the right place to start.

You leave with a clear next step. Nothing is signed on the call.

Ask for a time

A person replies the same business day, before 5pm ET, with two or three 15-minute slots that fit your calendar.

Only the first two are required. No mailing lists — we use this to arrange your walkthrough and for nothing else.
