From sign-in to your first remittance in seven steps
Every release, submission, and status change is recorded with a time, and you can read your own record whenever you like. Here is the order things happen in.

The seven steps
- Sign in and see your dashboard. The districts you are approved at, your active workers, and the timesheets waiting on you or on someone else. The two piles are never blended.
- Build your roster. Add your people once. A worker already in the program through another agency is linked, never overwritten. Each agency relationship is its own record.
- See every opening the moment it opens. A district's opening reaches you at the same recorded time as every other approved agency: role, headcount, the district's rate ceiling, and its per-agency cap. A paused opening stays visible, and nothing you submitted is lost.
- Submit at your own rate. Pick the worker, name your bill rate under the district's ceiling, and submit. The district drives every status from there, and you see each change as it is recorded. No other agency can submit the same person while your submission is live.
- Clear the credential gate. Upload each document on the district's checklist from your portal. The district reviews each file, and a start date cannot be set until everything required is approved. Every upload carries a time, so there are no "we never got the file" disputes.
- Hours are approved on the record. Your people clock in and out in the program. The school approves each sheet. A returned sheet comes back with a written reason you can act on. Only approved hours are billed.
- Remittance follows collection. Once the district's payment is collected, approved and undisputed amounts are remitted within 10 business days, itemized to the hour: your gross, the fee stated in your agreement, your net. Nothing is deducted before collection. If a district has not paid, your participation agreement sets an outside date.
